MyTravel Indonesia© refers to the company " PT INDO WISATA TIM ", an Indonesian travel agency responsible for the development of your stay in Indonesia. 1 - Guarantees
We commit ourselves to offer you a stay or a tour in accordance with your budget and your wishes. Our responsibility covers all the follow-up of this stay or tour (reception, accommodation, transport, guide, advice) from your arrival to your departure. Moreover, we guarantee you a personalized, warm and professional service.
2 - Conditions
A - Registration:
The registration is considered final upon acceptance of our quote (confirmed by e-mail or fax), together with the receipt of the letter of acceptance at the end of this document, signed and returned by mail (scan or photo of the document) signifying your acceptance of our conditions and guarantees. It implies the payment of the first deposit corresponding to 30% of the total price of the stay/tour. No firm reservation will be made before the deposit is received.

For personalized stays after acceptance of the estimate:
We take care of your stay from the date of the beginning of your stay (specified on your quote). The flight to Indonesia is at your charge, we can however provide you with some advice on this subject. The duration in days and nights of our stays/tours is effective and does not include, as usual, the duration of transportation from the country of origin. The rates are fixed per person (unless otherwise indicated), on a case by case basis according to the duration of the stay or tour, the number of participants, the range of services and the activities chosen. All our services are invoiced in Rupiah, (the prices indicated in Euros and USD are therefore indicative) and may be subject to change depending on the fluctuations of the Indonesian Rupiah and the prices charged by our partners. Our rates include airport transfers (when applicable), all hotel nights with breakfast or villa rental, reservation fees and during a tour: the rental of the air-conditioned car including insurance, fuel, the guide and/or driver's fee (including nights and meals), parking fees, all the entrances to the temples, sites or museums, activities, entrance fees to shows and, if applicable, meals predefined and indicated as included in the quote - as well as the MyTravel Indonesia service Not included are: return flights to Indonesia, entry visa to Indonesia, any special insurance you may wish to take out, drinks and meals not included, activities not originally defined, costs related to any changes in the program due to your initiative. In the case of a specific stay, the particular conditions will have been transmitted to you with your quote.
For fixed activities:
We take charge of you from the date and time of the beginning of the booked activity (specified in your confirmation email). The transportation to and from the activity in an air-conditioned car with insurance and fuel, the driver's and/or guide's remuneration as well as the parking fees are always at our charge. If you have chosen the "All inclusive" option, all temple, site or museum entrances, show entrances, defined activities, as well as the predefined and indicated meals are at our charge. If this option has not been chosen, these expenses are at your charge.All our services are invoiced in Rupiah, the prices indicated in Euros and USD are therefore only indicative. Not included are: return flights to Indonesia, entry visa to Indonesia, special insurances that you would like to subscribe, drinks and meals not included in the program, activities not defined in the original program, costs related to possible changes in the program due to your initiative.

B2 - Terms of payement:
For personalized stays after acceptance of the estimate:
The payment of the first deposit of 30% of the total amount is made, unless otherwise specified, by Wise and bank transfer upon acceptance of the quote. The balance is paid on 1 week before your arrival. In case of transfer or bank transfer, the transfer fee remains at your charge.
For fixed activities:
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the start of the first activity, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the activity(ies) will be required. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the first activity, the payment of the total amount of the activity(ies) will be required.
For cruises :
The payment of the first deposit of 30% of the total amount is made, unless otherwise specified, by Wise transfer or bank transfer upon acceptance of the quote. The balance must be paid 10 days before the beginning of the cruise. In case of transfer or bank transfer, the transfer fees remain at your charge. Entrance fees to Komodo National Park on the first day of the cruise of +/-900,000 rp/person (prices are variable and subject to change) are payable in cash in IDR.
C - Cancellation conditions and fees:
In case of cancellation of your stay at your initiative, you must inform us in writing via the e-mail contact@mytravelindonesia.com. The following scale will be applied:
For customized stays after acceptance of the quote:

More than 30 days before the departure date, the sums paid as a deposit will be reimbursed, minus 5% for cancellation fees and non-refundable sums already paid (or due) to our various partners (hotels, airline company for domestic flights, boat...).

From 30 to 8 days before the departure date: 50% of the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded, less 5% for cancellation fees and non-refundable amounts already paid (or due) to our various partners (hotels, airline company for domestic flights, boat ...).

Less than 8 days before the departure date, the totality of the sums paid as a deposit will be due. Any stay interrupted or shortened at the initiative of the participant does not give rise to any refund. In the case of a cancellation of one or more participants of a stay (maintained for the other participants), the amount of the stay will be re-evaluated according to the number of participants.
For fixed activities:

For cruises:
- Any cancellation at the initiative of the participant will not result in any refund. However, we offer the possibility to change your cruise dates depending on the availability of our service providers (boat, cabin...)
- The itinerary may be subject to change without notice depending on weather conditions and/or operational conditions. No compensation for changes due to unforeseen situations/accidents will be covered by MyTravel Indonesia.

Authentic and traditional Indonesian boats may emit significant noise due to their engines that cannot be shut down day or night for safety reasons. Maintenance and comfort on board can also be unpredictable.
Under no circumstances will MyTravel Indonesia be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience and this will not give rise to any refund or compensation.
D - Police and health formalities:

D1 - Administrative formalities:
We disclaim all responsibility in the event of problems concerning you with local administrations, police or customs services, immigration, in case of irregular situation on your part or problems related to the possession or use of prohibited products (drugs, medicines...) In case of doubt, please consult us. Please note that it is the responsibility of each participant to check the validity of his or her passport: it must be valid for at least 6 months after your arrival date in Indonesia. The passport must not be damaged, torn or illegible.

D2 - During the trip:
We cannot be held responsible and liable for any compensation or refund (even partial), in case of possible changes in dates, schedules or planned itineraries, especially if these events come from unforeseen elements or compelling circumstances (roads cut off, meteorological and geological circumstances, volcanic activities or eruptions, political incidents, change in legislation ...). However, we commit ourselves to seek the best solution to postpone the excursion or activity as much as possible or to propose a satisfactory alternative. Moreover, the confirmation of your return flights remains your responsibility.
Travelers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings.
We cannot guarantee wildlife sightings due to their unpredictable nature.

D3 - Accommodation:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that Indonesian standards do not always correspond to the standards recognized in Europe or the USA. However, we have taken special care to select the best hotels or guesthouses in their categories. In order to preserve a friendly and original atmosphere, we propose as far as possible accommodations with reduced capacity. Exceptionally, for external reasons beyond our control, reservations may be modified in relation to the established contract. In this case, we undertake to offer you accommodation of equivalent or even higher quality.
E - Insurance for your trip:
As with any trip, it is essential to be covered by multi-risk insurance. Some contracts linked to visa cards, mastercard... or even car or home insurance include health/repatriation insurance (if your contract requires it, don't forget to pay for your plane ticket by credit card). For your information, the car and two-wheeler insurance policies in force in Indonesia do not include all the guarantees offered in Europe or in the USA, and more particularly civil liability and bodily injury... We cannot be held responsible for this difference in benefits. Moreover, driving (car and 2 wheels) in Indonesia requires a valid international license. Without this license, in case of an accident, no insurance will cover you. We are also not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during your stay, tour or activity, which remain your responsibility or must be kept safe (hotel safes...). For information, some activities, considered by insurers as dangerous, are generally not covered by traditional insurance. It is your responsibility to verify that you are fully covered in all circumstances. However, we advise you to carefully review your insurance contracts in order not to take out redundant insurance.

Letter of Personal Undertaking
(To be completed and signed at least by the main contact person upon acceptance of the quote and returned by email (by scanning or photographing this document). To be signed at the latest by the other participants on the day of their arrival, preceding each signature with the Names and First Names and the mention "Read and approved", as well as the Names, First Names and age of the minors for whom he/she is committing himself/herself, if applicable).
I certify that I have read the provisions relating to my stay/circuit received with my quote and fully accept the conditions. I am fully aware that during this trip, I may run risks inherent to the nature of these trips (dangers of hiking in the jungle, on volcanoes, water sports, traffic ...), I accept them with full knowledge.
Therefore, on my behalf and on behalf of the minors and any person accompanying me, I commit myself, my (their) assigns and any member of my (their) family and any person accompanying me not to pass on the responsibility of these risks to MyTravel Indonesia or PT INDO WISATA TIM, nor to its drivers, guides, team members or local service providers.
